Between the Rhine and Neckar - Heidelberg and Heilbronn - Odenwald and Kraichgau
You’ll always find Neckarbischofsheim right in the middle: between Heidelberg and Heilbronn, only 11 kilometers from Sinsheim, between the Odenwald and Kraichgau-hills, in the recreational area, Brunnenregion, where the rivers Rhine and Neckar meet and not far from the Stromberg-Heuchelberg nature park. The nearest larger cities are Waibstadt and Bad Rappenau.
At the western end of the former old town of Neckarbischofsheim, in the 2.6-acre castle park, lies the old Bischofsheim castle.
The castle park is framed by the new castle, which was built in the 19th century on the site of the outer bailey. That’s where the Schlosshotel welcomes its guests today. The proximity to the old town and the center of Neckarbischofsheim allows our guests to explore the many sights on foot.
